Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel or do not show to their appointment within 48 hours before their appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients 15 minutes late or more to their appointment will be considered a no show/cancellation and will automatically be charged fee. NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT STYLISTS APPROVAL. Please communicate with your stylist as to why you are canceling the appointment. ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be transferred to rescheduled appointment at the stylists' discretion.
